Aurelia Daniels
is a visionary leader and social impact strategist who develops creative solutions to complex social challenges. A skilled facilitator, she guides leaders and stakeholders through collaborative processes that turn vision into actionable strategy. Her strength lies in building impactful partnerships that expand the reach and effectiveness of community-serving initiatives.

As Founder and Principal Consultant of Between Sunday Consultant Group, Aurelia equips churches to extend their ministry impact beyond Sunday services. She provides organizational and program development, leadership coaching, and strategic facilitation to help faith leaders strengthen internal structures, clarify direction, and design sustainable programs. Through this work, she positions churches and faith-based organizations as trusted community hubs where faith translates into justice and healing.

A native of Chicago's South Side, Aurelia holds a Master of Social Work from Dominican University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She blends academic training with practical expertise in project management, organizational development, and social impact strategy—having guided teams through seasons of growth, change, and transformation.
Committed to raising up future leaders, Aurelia mentors emerging changemakers and supervises social work students across the Chicagoland area. She also serves as Vice President on the Governing Board of NAMI Chicago. Driven by her mission to share Christ's love through action, Aurelia's life work is empowering churches to lead lasting social change.
