Aurelia Daniels
is visionary leader and Social Impact Strategist who develops creative solutions to complex social challenges. As a skilled facilitator, she specializes in guiding leaders and stakeholders through collaborative processes that turn vision into actionable strategies. Her strength lies in building impactful partnerships that expand the reach and effectiveness of community service initiatives.
As Founder and Principal Consultant of Between Sunday Consultant Group, Aurelia equips churches to extend their ministry impact beyond Sunday services. She provides organizational and program development, leadership coaching, and strategic facilitation that help congregations strengthen their internal structures, clarify direction, and design sustainable programs. Through her work, Aurelia positions churches as trusted community hubs where faith translates into justice, healing, and flourishing.

Aurelia, a native of Chicago’s South Side, holds a Master of Social Work from Dominican University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She blends academic training with practical expertise in project management, organizational development, and social impact strategy, and has guided teams through seasons of growth, change, and transformation.

Committed to raising up future leaders, Aurelia mentors emerging change-makers and supervises social work students in the Chicagoland area. She also serves on the Governing Board of NAMI Chicago as Vice President. Driven by her mission to share Christ’s love through action, Aurelia’s life work is empowering churches to lead lasting social change.
