She provides strategic support, facilitation, and training workshops that equip ministry leaders to plan, collaborate, and measure outcomes effectively. With a Master of Social Work from Dominican University and a Bachelor's from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Aurelia combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience in project management and social impact strategy. Known for thriving amid change, she has successfully led multiple teams toward organizational goals.

She serves on the Governing Board of NAMI Chicago, chairing the Nomination and Governance committee.
